Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's leading car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. We have 35 locations across Canada including franchise and corporate stores as well as 3 distribution centres located in Moncton New Brunswick, Pickering Ontario and Edmonton Alberta.

For over 30 years we have been accessorizing cars, trucks, vans and fleet vehicles with the right accessories while offering superior service and selection.

Our vision is to become the preferred National automotive accessory brand offering industry defining expertise, products, services and locations.

At Action we have a team of automotive enthusiasts in sales and technical roles as well as management roles. In addition, we have an industry leading logistics team that includes administrators, shipper/receivers and managers. We also have a number of administrative employees including accounting, marketing & purchasing specialists, human resources & payroll specialists and administrative assistants.

Our management team prides itself on maintaining an open relationship with all employees in all positions. As an employee, you will get to know the leadership team, not just in your own location, but from head office as well.

Benefits

We offer all of our full time and most of our part time employees full benefits. Action pays 50% of the premiums for medical, dental, prescription, life and disability insurance. We also match employee contributions to RRSPs up to 2% and offer a full service Employee Assistance Program.

Training

Training is very important at Action. Every year we bring all employees together for a weekend dedicated to training, relationship building and interaction with over 50 of our suppliers. This once per year event allows our employees to get to know one another in a fun, relaxed atmosphere while learning from business leaders and each other.

Action Car and Truck Accessories supports professional development and continuous learning for all our team members.
